Dan Maccallum
FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR
Dan was admitted as a solicitor in 1989 and has extensive experience in the insurance industry. His roles have included Head of HIH/FAI Legal Services, Claims Manager in various departments, and worked in London on worldwide professional indemnity schemes.
Dan founded Maccallum Lawyers in December 2000. Since then he has acted for numerous insurers, owners’ corporations, homeowners and builders in Home Warranty and Strata disputes, representing both Plaintiff and Defendant in NCAT, Local Courts, District Court and Supreme Court.
In his spare time Dan enjoys staying updated on current affairs, boating, Formula 1 Motor racing and classic cars. He also enjoys exploring new restaurants.

Leanne Maccallum
LICENSED CONVEYANCER | JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
Leanne has over 30 years of experience in the conveyancing industry. Throughout her career, she has worked for small and medium-sized law firms, primarily handling property-related transactions in management positions. Since 2010, she has run Maccallum Conveyancing under the umbrella of Maccallum Lawyers.
Leanne takes a client-centred approach, providing clear and understandable advice and guidance. She supports her clients every step of the way.
In her personal time, Leanne serves on the Board of Giant Steps Australia, a charity for people with autism, and has co-ordinated their black-tie ball for over 20 years. She is also the Chair of the Board of Supporting Independent Living Co-Operative, a NDIS provider of SIL services. Leanne enjoys walking her dogs, attending the gym and occasionally binging on Netflix.
